Hi Beenzz:
Yes I was hynotized as well. I watched it a couple of times.

Hi Sugarlips:
THanks a lot! Yes it is very enchanting. I wish I knew who compiled it together. I hate to not give credit to the person who went through all the effort.

Hi Asha:
I just checked your blog and will be leaving a comment as well. By the way I love the fact that your post has the traditional maharashtrian decoration of mango leaves and marigold.

I LOVE "bakarwadi"....absolutely HATE "valache usal" and "bharlee keli"

Kolhapuri rassa is usually made with goat or lamb meat. Another delicacy in Kolhapur is wild boar, which of course is a game animal and therefore not easily available. I have never tried Kolhapuri egg curry. Although egg curry is pretty popular in the State. YUMMY....I love the spicy and pungent Kolhapuri fare....everytime I go to Kolhapur, I always eat this. You made me so nostalgic especially when I wanted to again get into no-meat phase!
